Hampton Inn Ashland City, Tn

Everything was great and lived up to the reviews and our expectations. Only one tiny critique and it was that there was no cold water in a pitcher or dispenser provided on the breakfast line offered with the food. Loved that we received a complimentary bottle when we checked in but we are big water drinkers and it was long gone by morning. We do enjoy and appreciate juices but I have to have water too or I get more thirsty and dehydrated. But as I said a very small thing compared with how wonderful everything else was there.

The furniture and all amenities in the room were new and clean, which was very pleasant. The current state of the hotel perfectly matches the photos online—it’s a new and clean property. The staff was polite, and the overall impression of the hotel was quite positive. Despite being located near the road, the soundproofing is good enough to prevent significant discomfort. Unlike many hotels with poor soundproofing, here it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting right next to the road.

I was in town for a funeral, my hotel was not something I had to worry about. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in the door it smelled clean and fresh. Was offered water to take to my room. My room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Cannot say anything bad about this hotel. When I left I was offered more water for the road. Definitely will stay here again when I’m in town, to visit family.

The hotel was very clean and seemed new. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical for a hotel with a good selection.

Everything! The room was clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker in the room. Loved the glass sliding doors for the shower and the night light built in to the plug-in in the bathroom. I loved the fact that all the outlets in the room had USB plugs on them and there were outlets everywhere in the room. The feather pillows and blankets were AAAAMAZING! The bed was comfortable. I loved that we could sign in to our own personal Netflix account on the TV and not to mention the fact that there was a welcome message on the TV screen with my name on it when we walked into the room! That was neat! The thermostat was controlled on the wall so that was super nice! And I really liked the pull down shades and the pull down room darkening shade. The breakfast was very good! Had a lot to offer and great selection! I liked that they had an area to get extra supplies at the front desk if you forgot anything. There was also a selection of snacks (even ice cream!) and drinks (including alcohol) for purchase in the area by the front desk! Walmart and a few fast food restaurants were directly across the street so that was another plus to this location as well! The staff were very friendly, nice, and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!
